A shitty design for a shitty issue. The use of ai in everything has been so exhausting, and seeing it being used to make the ugliest content known to man is especially frustrating. Our planet is dieing, artists and creators are being stolen from, and rural and marginalized communities are actively being harmed in more ways than I can count. But sure, that's absolutely worth an uncanny soulless portrait of yourself that has been stolen from hundreds of real artist's work. It makes me immediately lose interest in you as a creator, and will guarantee that I don't any spend money on your business. It tells me you don't care about artists, the environment, or community, especially if you market yourself towards activism, sustainability or creativity. There is no excuse to be using ai to make your content. There are so many amazing artists who would love to make art for you. Before you say it's too expensive to commission someone, consider bartering or trading goods and services, help a beginner build their portfolio, or just making something yourself. Connect with your community and make something that isn't shit.
